You have LIFETIME TO RETURN* an item to us in its original condition.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy online return process, or call us 9am to 5:30pm BST (Monday to Friday) at +44 (0) 333 123 8693.
*Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging & invoice. Damaged Box or shoes may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchange/Refund during Sale Promotion
Customers should be aware of the fact that no exchange or refund can be made during sales promotion period for different style they can do so once the sale ends. They should also keep in mind that exchange can only be made in sizes/color of similar style. Please check stock on website or in Retails stores. we cannot Guarantee stock over the phone.
Jewellery Exchange/Refund Policy
In the interest of Hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund any type of jewellery unless faulty.
Stock on Clearance
Stock on clearance like 55% Off or 75% off have no refund & exchange policy.

Return to Store
• You can return the items to any Unze store
• To find your nearest store, please check the Store locator
• What to do:
– Take your items to be returned to the Unze store of your choice
– You MUST have your Return form and original receipt with you.
– You MUST take your receipt of returned item
– Only Head office will issue a refund once they will receive the shoes.
We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.
Who Will Pay For the Return/Exchange Cost?
Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless proves faulty.
How many days will it take to issue a Refund?
A refund will be issued within 14 working days once we have received the item. We will refund the amount on to the original card from which the payment was made.
If you receive a faulty item, please login into your account & send us request through "Return support" OR contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will cover the cost of postage as long as you have proof of receipt.
If we are unable to exchange the item we will inform you via email.
